Oman Sultani Decree No. 33/2001 On Determining the Competencies of the Ministry of Transport and Housing and Approving its Organisational Structure
We, Qaboos Bin Said, Sultan of Oman
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 101/1996;
Oman Sultani Decree No. 10/2000 on performing a ministerial amendment;
Based on the public interest requirements;
Have decreed the following:
Article 1
The competencies of the Ministry of Transport and Housing shall be determined according to appendix No. 1 hereby attached.
Article 2
The organisational structure of the Ministry of Transport and Housing shall be approved according to appendix No.2 hereby attached.
Article 3
Every provision contradicting or contravening with the provisions hereof shall be abrogated.
Article 4
This Decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force as of its issuance date.
