Oman Sultani Decree No. 32/1994 Promulgating the Law for the Collection of Taxes, Fees, and Other Amounts Due to Units of the State Administrative Apparatus

We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,

Pursuant to the perusal of Oman Sultani Decree No. 26/1975 promulgating the Law on the Regulation of the State Administrative Apparatus, and its amendments;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 56/1982 promulgating the Financial Law, and its amendments;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 32/1984 on the Law of Hearing Claims and Arbitration Requests before the Authority for Settlement of Commercial Disputes, and its amendments;

And based on the public interest requirements,

Have decreed the following:

Article 1

The collection of taxes, fees, and other amounts due to units of the State Administrative Apparatus shall be subject to the rules and procedures stipulated in the enclosed Law.

Article 2

The Deputy Prime Minister for Financial and Economic Affairs shall issue the regulations and decisions necessary for the application of this Law.

Article 3

This Decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and shall come into force two months from the date of its publication.
