Oman Sultani Decree No. 28/2015 On Promulgating the Law on the Grant of the Concession to Develop, Manage and Operate the Port of Duqm and Approving the Related Agreements
After perusal of The Statute of the State promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 101/1996;
Commercial Companies Oman Law No. 4/1974, and the Maritime Code promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 35/1981;
Foreign Capital Investment Law promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 102/1994;
Oman Sultani Decree No. 119/2011 on the Establishment of the Duqm Special Economic Zone Authority and on the Issuance of its Statute;
Based on the public interest requirements,
It has been decided
Article 1
Without prejudice to the provisions of the aforementioned Maritime Code, the Law on the Grant of the Concession to Develop, Manage and Operate the Port of Duqm shall enter into effect.
Article 2
The Agreement on the Concession and Right of Usufruct of the Port of Duqm and the Shareholders' Agreement stipulated in the attached Law shall be approved.
