Oman Sultani Decree No. 27/2016 On the Issuance of the Law Regulating the Work of Consulting Engineering Offices

Abrogating

The Oman Sultani Decree No. 120/1994 dated 10/12/1994

We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,

After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State, promulgated by the Oman Sultani Decree No. 101/96;

Law regulating the Work of Consulting Engineering Offices, promulgated by the Sultani Decree No. 120/94;

And after submittal to the Council of Oman,

And based on the public interest requirements,

Issued the following Decree:

Article 1

The provisions of the enclosed Law regulating the work of consulting engineering offices shall enter into effect.

This Decree shall be published in the Official Gazette.
