Oman Sultani Decree No. 26/2023 On the Retrieval of the Omani Citizenship

We, Haitham bin Tarik, Sultan of Oman

After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State;

Omani Citizenship Law issued by Oman Sultani Decree No. 38/2014; and

Based on the public interest requirements,

Have issued the following Decree:

Article 1

The Omani Citizenship shall be retrieved to all those whose names appear in the attached list.

The present Decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force from the date of its issuance.
