We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

the Oil and Gas Law promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 8/2011,

Oman Sultani Decree No. 49/2017 Approving the Petroleum Agreement Signed between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Tethys Oil Montasar Limited for Block 49,

and the collection of documents upon which Tethys Oil Montasar Limited transferred 50% of its rights and obligations in the petroleum agreement signed on 14 November 2017 for Block 49 to EOG Resources Muscat Block 49 SPC, which accepts this transfer,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows
