Abrogating

Oman Sultani Decree No. 39/2006 dated 26/04/2006

We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,

Pursuant to the perusal of the Statute of the State promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 101/1969; and

Law on regulating and encouraging industry promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 1/1979; and

Oman Sultani Decree No. 39/2006 on the application of the GCC Unified Law of Anti-Dumping, Countervailing Measures and Safeguards; and

GCC Unified Industrial Code promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 61/2008; and

Decision of the Supreme Council of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf promulgated in the session no. 31 held in the United Arab Emirates during the month of December 2010 on the modification of the GCC Unified Law of Anti-Dumping, Countervailing Measures and Safeguards; and

After submission to the Oman Council; and

Based on the public interest requirements,

Decree as follows:
