Oman Sultani Decree No. 1/2022 Ratifying the General Budget of the State for Fiscal Year 2022

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

and the Financial Law promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 47/1998,

and after presentation to Majlis Oman,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The General Budget of the State for Fiscal Year 2022 is hereby ratified in accordance with the attached schedules.

Article 2

All units of the administrative apparatus of the state and other public legal persons shall implement the provisions of this decree each within its competence.

Article 3

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on 1 January 2022.
