Oman Sultani Decree No. 14/2016 Allowing the Oil Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Hydrocarbon Finder E&P LLC for Region No. 7

We, Qaboos bin Saeed, Sultan of Oman

After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Oman Decree No. 101/1996;

Oil and Gas Law promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 8/2011;

The Oil Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Hydrocarbon Finder E&P LLC for Region no. (7), signed on 28 January 2016;

And based on the Public interest requirements,

Decreed the following:

Article 1

Allowing the aforesaid agreement.

This Decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force as of the date of its publication.
