We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

the Oil and Gas Law promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 8/2011,

Oman Sultani Decree No. 87/2011 Approving the Petroleum Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Allied Petroleum Exploration Inc for Block 36,

Oman Sultani Decree No. 14/2019 Approving the Transfer by Allied Petroleum Exploration Inc of All Its Rights and Obligations in the Petroleum Agreement Signed on 10 August 2011 for Block 36 to APEX Oman (Block 36) Inc,

and the collection of documents signed on 16 September 2020 by the Ministry of Energy and Minerals, APEX Oman (Block 36) Inc, and EOG Resources Muscat SPC for Block 36, upon which APEX Oman (Block 36) Inc transferred all its rights and obligations in the petroleum agreement signed on 10 August 2011 for Block 36 to EOG Resources Muscat SPC, which accepts this transfer,

and in pursuance of public interest,
