after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

the Law Granting the Oman Gas Company (SAOC) the Concession to Manage the Gas Transportation Sector promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 78/2000,

Oman Sultani Decree No. 78/2020 Amending the Name of the Electricity and Related Water Sector Regulation

Authority to the Authority for Public Utilities Regulation and Assigning Some Competences to It, and the amended concession agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and OQ Gas Networks SAOC signed on 9 June 2020, and the asset transfer agreements related to it,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows
