After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

Oman Sultani Decree No. 36/2014 on the Determination of the Competencies of the Ministry of Health and the Approval of its Organisational Structure;

Regulation of the Administrative Apparatus of the State promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 75/2020;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 80/2020 on the Approval of the Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Health; and

Based on the public interest requirements,
