Oman Ministerial Decision No. 97/2022 On the Issuance of a Contract Form for the Employment of Omanis in Permanent Jobs

Based on Oman Sultani Decree No. 89/2020 on the Establishment of the Ministry of Labour,

Determination of its Competencies and Approval of its Organisational Structure;

And based on the public interest requirements,

The following was decided

Article 1

Omanis shall be employed in permanent jobs by contracts, at the Units of the State Administrative Apparatus and other public legal persons, in accordance with the attached contract form.

Article 2

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into effect on the day following the date of publication thereof.
