Based on the Oil and Minerals Law promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 42/1974,
Oman Sultani Decree No. 91/2003 transferring the competence of licensing the establishment and operation of filling stations and warehouses selling liquefied petroleum gas cylinders to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry,
Oman Sultani Decree No. 102/2005 specifying the competencies of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and approving its organisational structure,
Oman Ministerial Decision No. 9/1998 regulating the licenses for the establishment and operation of filling stations, and Oman Ministerial Decision No. 111/2004 establishing a committee to decide upon the applications for licenses to establish and operate filling stations,
Upon approval of the Ministry of Finance; and
Based on the public interest requirements,
The following Decision was issued:
