Oman Ministerial Decision No. 617/2024 On the Complaints and Grievances Regulation

Pursuant to the perusal of the Labour Law issued by the Oman Sultani Decree No. 53/2023,

Based on the public interest requirements;

The following has been decided:

Article 1

Every employer with fifty (50) or more workers shall be required to establish a Complaints and Grievances Regulation in accordance with the attached provisions.

Article 2

Any provision that contradicts this Decision and the attached Regulation, or that conflicts with their provisions, shall be abrogated.

Article 3

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and it shall come into force from the day following the date of its publication.
