Oman Ministerial Decision No. 5/2020 Defining the Fees and Prices Charged by the Public Authority for Privatisation and Partnership

Based on the Privatisation Law enacted by the Oman Sultani Decree No. 51/2019;

The Law of Partnership between the Public and Private Sectors enacted by the Oman Sultani Decree No. 52/2019;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 54/2019 Establishing the Public Authority for Privatisation and Partnership and the issue of its Law;

The approval of the Board of Directors of the Public Authority for Privatisation and Partnership; and

The approval of the Ministry of Finance;

As required by the public interest;

The following is decided:

Article 1 - Fees

The fees charged by the Public Authority for Privatisation and Partnership shall be determined as per the attached Addendum (1).

The prices of documents charged by the Public Authority for Privatisation and Partnership shall be determined as per the attached Addendum (2).
