Oman Ministerial Decision No. 45/2005 On the Declaration of Oman Cricket Club

Based on the Regulation of Private Entities Working in the Field of Sports and Cultural Youth

Activities issued by Oman Sultani Decree No. 41/2001 and its amendments;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 112/2004 on the Establishment of the Ministry of Sports Affairs and the Determination of its Competencies;

The Regulation of the Unified Statute of Sports and Cultural Clubs issued by Oman Decision No. 15/2002; and

Based on the public interest requirements,

The following Decision has been issued:

Article 1

The Oman Cricket Club established in the Governorate of Muscat shall be declared.

Article 2

The Statute of the Club here attached shall be approved.

Article 3

The temporary board of directors shall invite the Ordinary General Assembly of the Club to elect the its first board of directors within a year at most from the date of publication of this Decision in the Official Gazette.

Article 4

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force as of the date of its publication.
