Abrogates

Oman Ministerial Decision No. 561/2009 dated 18/11/2009

Based on the Labour Law issued by Oman Sultani Decree No. 53/2023;

Oman Ministerial Decision No. 561/2009 on determining the rules for not proceeding with lawsuit procedures in crimes punishable under the Labour Law; and

Based on the public interest requirements,

The following has been decided:

Article 1

For reconciliation and not proceeding with lawsuit procedures in crimes punishable under the Labour Law, the annexed Rules shall apply.

Article 2

Aforementioned Ministerial Decision no. 561/2009 shall be abrogated, and any provisions deemed contrary to or inconsistent with the provisions of the enclosed Rules shall be abrogated.

Article 3

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and it shall come into force from the day following the date of its publication.
