Abrogates

Oman Ministerial Decision No. 90/2013 dated 17/02/2013

Based on the Labour Law issued by Oman Sultani Decree No. 53/2023;

Oman Ministerial Decision No. 90/2013 on determining the procedures and controls for dealing with the private sector establishments that violate the provisions of the Labour Law and its implementing decisions; and

Based on the public interest requirements,

The following has been decided:

Article 1

For the determination of the procedures and controls for dealing with private sector establishments that violate the provisions of the Labour Law and its implementing decisions, the annexed provisions shall apply.

Article 2

Aforementioned Oman Ministerial Decision No. 90/2013 shall be abrogated, and so for any provisions deemed contrary to or inconsistent with the annexed procedures and controls.

Article 3

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and it shall come into force from the day following the date of its publication.
