Oman Ministerial Decision No. 450/2019 On the Determination of the Rate of Manpower at the Private Sector Establishments Contracting With the Establishments Operating in Both Electricity and Water Sectors

Based on the Labour Law, promulgated by the Oman Sultani Decree No. 35/2003;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 76/2004 on the Determination of the Competencies of the Ministry of Manpower, and Approval of its Organisational Structure;

Oman Ministerial Decision no. 248/2014 on the Determination of Omani Manpower Rate in the Electricity and Water Sectors,

And based on the public interest requirements,

The following was decided

Article 1

The national manpower rate in private sector premises contracting with premises operating in the electricity and water sectors shall be as stated in Tables (1) and (2) enclosed hereto.

Article 2

All that contradicts this Decision and violates the provisions thereof shall be abrogated.

Article 3

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into effect on the day following the date of publication thereof.
