Oman Ministerial Decision No. 3/2020 On the Issuance of the Implementing Regulation of the Public Private Partnership Law

Pursuant to the Public Private Partnership Law promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 52/2019;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 54/2019 on the Establishment of the Public Authority for Privatisation and

Partnership (PAPP) and the Issuance of its Regulation;

Based on the approval of the Board of Directors of the Public Authority for Privatisation and

Partnership; and

Based on the requirement of the public interest,

The following Decision has been issued:

Article 1

The provisions of the Implementing Regulation of the Public Private Partnership Law here attached shall be applied.

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force as of the day following the date of its publication.
