Based on the Tourism Law issued by Oman Sultani Decree No. 33/2002;
Oman Sultani Decree No. 95/2005 on determining the competencies of the Ministry of Tourism, and approving its organisational structure;
The Implementing Regulation of the Tourism Law issued by Oman Ministerial Decision No. 91/2003; and
Based on the public interest requirements,
The following Decision was issued:
Article 1
The provisions of the Implementing Regulation of the Tourism Law, attached hereto, shall enter into effect.
Article 2
Hotel and tourist establishments licensed to practise any tourism activity shall regularise their statuses in accordance with the provisions of the attached Regulation within (6) six months from the date of its enforcement.
