Oman Ministerial Decision No. 39/2005 On the Issuance of the Implementing Regulation of the Law on Private Radio and Television Facilities

Amended by virtue of

Oman Ministerial Decision No. 342/2020 dated 07/12/2020*^[1]

Based on the Law on the Private Radio and Television Facilities issued by Oman Sultani Decree No. 95/2004;

Press and Publications Law issued by Oman Sultani Decree No. 49/1984, and its amendments;

Law on the control of the artistic works issued by Oman Sultani Decree No. 65/97, and its amendments;

Telecommunications Regulatory Law issued by Oman Sultani Decree No. 30/2002, and its amendments;

Approval of the Ministry of Finance in Letter no. finance – T (5607)/m.t.d/6/3/5699 dated 22/03/1426 H. corresponding to 01/05/2005; and

Based on the requirements of the public interest;

The following has been decided:

Article 1

The provisions of the annexed Implementing Regulation of the Law on the Private Radio and Television Facilities shall come into force.

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force from the date of its publication.
