Oman Ministerial Decision No. 383/2016 On Continuing the Temporary Suspension of Authorisation to Recruit Non-Omani Manpower to Some Activities
Based on the Labour Law promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 35/2003,
Oman Ministerial Decision No. 122/2014 on the Temporary Suspension of Authorisation to Recruit Non-Omani Manpower to Some Activities,
Oman Ministerial Decision No. 144/2016 on Extending the Temporary Suspension of Authorisation to Recruit Non-Omani Manpower to Some Activities,
Based on the public interest requirements,
It has been decided:
Article 1
The period of temporary suspension of authorization to recruit non-Omani manpower in private sector establishments regarding the activities specified by Oman Ministerial Decision No. 122/2014 shall continue for another six (6) months, starting from January 2017.
Article 2
This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette.
