Oman Ministerial Decision No. 35/2021 On the Amendment of Certain Provisions of the Executive Regulation of the Civil Service Law

Based on the Civil Service Law issued by Oman Sultani Decree No. 120/2004;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 89/2020 on the Establishment, Determination of Competencies, and Approval of Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Labour; and

Executive Regulation of the Civil Service Law issued by Oman Decision No. 9/2010; and

As required by the public interest,

It is decided:

Article 1

Article (8) of Addendum (10) of the Executive Regulation of the Civil Service Law referred to shall be replaced by the following provision:

'The Second Party shall, upon termination of service, be entitled to a grant of one month salary for each year of service, of maximum (10) ten months for the occupants of the grades (from 1 to 6), and twelve months for the occupants of grades (from 7 to 14). This grant shall be calculated on the basis of the last salary received by the Second Party which shall not exceed (12) twelve thousand Omani Riyals.
