Oman Ministerial Decision No. 322/2019 On Continuing the Temporary Suspension of Authorisation to Recruit Non-Omani Manpower to Some Activities

Based on the Labour Law promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 35/2003,

Oman Ministerial Decision No. 122/2014 on the Temporary Suspension of Authorisation to Recruit Non-Omani Manpower to some activities,

Oman Ministerial Decision No. 489/2018 on Continuing the Temporary Suspension of Authorisation to Recruit Non-Omani Manpower to some activities,

And based on the public interest requirement,

It has been decided:

Article 1

The temporary suspension period of authorisation to recruit non-Omani manpower in the establishments of the private sector for the activities specified in the aforementioned Oman Ministerial Decision No. 122/2014 shall continue to be suspended for another six (6) months, starting from 3 July 2019.

Article 2

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette.
