Oman Ministerial Decision No. 313/2025 On the Issuance of the Maritime Labour Regulation
Pursuant to Oman Sultani Decree No. 62/2021 On the Approval of the Accession of the Sultanate of
Oman to the Maritime Labour Convention of 2006;
Pursuant to the Maritime Law promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 19/2023; and
Based on the public interest requirements;
The following has been decided:
Article 1
The provisions of the Maritime Labour Regulation, attached herewith, shall come into force.
Article 2
Any provision that contradicts the attached Regulation or conflicts with its provisions shall be abrogated.
Article 3
This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and it shall come into force from the day following the date of its publication.
