Oman Ministerial Decision No. 265/2023 On the Issuance of the Regulation of Consumer Cooperative Activity

Based on the Commercial Companies Law promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 28/2019;

The Regulation of the State Administrative Apparatus promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 75/2020;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 97/2020 amending the name of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to become Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, determining its competencies and approving its Organisational Structure;

And based on public interest requirements;

The following Decision was issued:

Article 1

The provisions of the attached Regulation shall apply in the matter of regulating the consumer cooperative activity.

Article 2

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and shall come into force (90) days from the date of its publication.
