Oman Ministerial Decision No. 248/2014 Determining the Rate of Omani Employees in the Sectors of Electricity and Water

According to the Labour Law promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 35/2003,

Oman Sultani Decree No.76/2004 on defining the competencies of the Ministry of Manpower and adopting its organisational structure;

Based on the public interest requirements,

It has been decided

Article 1

The ratio of Omani manpower, operating in both electricity and water sectors, to be achieved in the private sector facilities shall be given as indicated in the attached inventory.

Article 2

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force on the day following its issuance date.
