Based on the Law governing the practice of medicine and allied medical professions issued by Oman Sultani Decree No. 75/2019;

The list of roles inherent to the medical profession, issued by Oman Ministerial Decision No. 52/1998;

The Regulation of private clinics and hospitals issued by Oman Ministerial Decision No. 53/1998;

Oman Ministerial Decision No. 54/1998 on the conditions and procedures for licensing the practice of the human medicine profession and dentistry;

The Regulation of private hospitals issued by Oman Ministerial Decision No. 25/2009;

Regulation of private health institutions for the treatment and rehabilitation of addiction to drugs and psychotropic substances issued by Oman Ministerial Decision No. 124/2015; and

Based on the public interest requirements,
