Based on Oman Sultani Decree No. 40/2016 on the Determination of the Competencies of the Ministry of Heritage and Culture, and Approval of its Organisational Structure,

Based on the public interest requirements,

It has been decided:

Article 1

The provisions of the Regulation governing cultural initiatives enclosed herewith shall be put into effect.

Article 2

Persons addressed by the provisions of the present Regulation shall adjust their situation in accordance with its provisions, within three (3) months as of the date of entry into force of this Decision.

Article 3

The present Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and be put into effect the next day following its publication date.
