Pursuant to the perusal of the Foreign Capital Investment Law issued by Oman Sultani Decree No. 50/2019; and

Based on the public interest requirements,

The following Decision was issued:

Article 1

The activities in which the practice of foreign investment is prohibited shall be determined according to the attached List.

Article 2

The investment projects existing at the time of enforcement of the present Decision shall be excluded from the application of its provisions, and it shall be prohibited to assign them to third parties without the written approval of the Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion or his delegate.

Article 3

Any provision that contradicts the present Decision or conflicts with its provisions shall be abrogated.

Article 4

The present Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force from the day following the date of its publication.
