Oman Ministerial Decision No. 191/2007 Issuing the Implementing Regulation of the Act Governing the Ownership of Real Estate in Integrated Tourism Complexes

Pursuant to the perusal of Oman Sultani Decree No. 12/2006 on the Act Governing the Ownership of Real Estate in Integrated Tourism Complexes;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 2/98 on the Real Estate Register Law,

Oman Sultani Decree No. 47/98 issuing the Financial Law,

Oman Sultani Decree No.16/95 issuing the Foreigners Residence Law;

Implementing Regulation of the Foreigners Residence Law issued by the Inspector General of Police and Customs, Oman Decision No. 63/1996;

Letter of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers No. (GSCM/102/183) dated 22 Muharram 1428 H corresponding to 10/02/2007; and

Based on the public interest requirements, issued the following Decision:

Article 1

The provisions of the attached Implementing Regulation shall apply to Real Estate ownership in integrated tourism complexes.

Any text that contradicts the attached Regulation shall be abrogated.
