Oman Ministerial Decision No. 190/2021 On Issuing the Technical Regulation of the Conformity System
Based on Oman Sultani Decree No. 97/2020 Amending the Name of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Investment Promotion, Determining its Competences and Adopting Its Organisational Structure,
Oman Ministerial Decision No. 13/2012 Determining the Fees for the Services, Analyses and Examinations Provided by the Directorate General for Standards and Measurements,
The approval of the Ministry of Finance,
And the public interest requirements,
It was decided:
Article 1
The provisions of the Technical Regulation of the Conformity System attached herewith shall come into force.
Article 2
Any provision that contradicts the Regulation attached herewith or conflicts with its provisions shall be abrogated.
Article 3
The present Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and it shall come into force six (6) months from the date of its publication.
