Oman Ministerial Decision No. 146/2021 On the Issuance of the Implementing Regulation of the Commercial Companies Law

Based on the Commercial Companies Law promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 18/2019; and

Based on the requirement of the public interest,

The following Decision has been issued:

Article 1

The provisions of the Implementing Regulation of the Commercial Companies Law, attached hereto, shall be come into force.

Any text contrary to the attached Regulation, or inconsistent with its provisions, shall be abrogated.

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force on the day following the date of its publication.

Issued on 7 Rabi' al-Awwal 1443 H.
