Oman Ministerial Decision No. 144/2008 On the Promulgation of the Implementing Regulation of the Telecommunications Regulatory Act

Based on Oman Sultani Decree No. 30/2002 on the promulgation of the Telecommunications Regulatory Act;
Oman Ministerial Decision No. 10/2007 on the promulgation of the Implementing Regulation of the Telecommunications Regulatory Act,
The approval of the Authority on 18 November 2008,
Based on the public interest requirements,
It has been decided:
Article 1
The provisions of the attached Implementing Regulation of the Telecommunications Regulatory Act shall be put into effect.
Article 2
Ministerial Decision No. 10/2007 above mentioned shall be abrogated, and any provision inconsistent with or contrary to the provisions of the present Decision shall also be abrogated.
Article 3
The present Decision shall be published in the official gazette, and be put into effect on the next day following its publication date.
