Pursuant to the Regulation governing ownership of real estate in integrated tourism complexes issued by Oman Sultani Decree No. 12/2006;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 91/2020 amending the name of the Ministry of Heritage and Culture to the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism, defining its competences and approving its organisational structure;

Oman Ministerial Decision No. 43/2007 forming the Government Committee for Licensing Integrated Tourism Complexes and its Working System;

The Implementing Regulation of the Regulation governing ownership of real estate in integrated tourism complexes issued by Oman Ministerial Decision No. 191/2007; and

Based on the public interest requirements;

Issues the following Decision:
