Oman Ministerial Decision No. 108/2025 On the Issuance of the Regulation on Government Digital Transformation

Based on the Regulation of the State Administrative Apparatus issued by Oman Sultani Decree No. 75/2020;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 90/2020 on the establishment of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, determination of its Competencies and approval of its Organisational Structure; and

Based on the public interest requirements,

The following has been decided:

Article 1

The provisions of the Regulation on Government Digital Transformation shall enter into effect.

Article 2

Any provision that contradicts the attached Regulation or conflicts with its provisions shall be abrogated.

Article 3

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and shall come into force from the day following the date of its publication.
