Oman Decision No. 8/2020 On the Reformation of the Board of Directors of the Royal Guard of Oman Pension Fund

Based on the Statute of the Royal Guard of Oman Pension Fund issued by Oman Decision No. 1/94; and

based on the requirements of the public interest;

The following has been decided:

Article 1

The Board of Directors of the Royal Guard of Oman Pension Fund shall be reformed under our chairmanship, and including the following members:

1- Civil Officer/ Said Bin Mohamed bin Jomaa Al-Maliki - Deputy Chairman

2- Staff Colonel/ Hamid Bin Fadel Bin Suleiman Al-Qarini - Member

3- Staff Colonel/ Nasser Bin Said Bin Salem Al-Kharusi - Member

4- Staff Colonel/ Mohammed Bin Salem Bin Bashir Al-Maamari – Member

5- Staff Colonel/ Ali Bin Hamad Bin Hamoud Al-Khurusi - Member

6- Staff Colonel/ Mubarak Bin Said Bin Mosellem Al-Masruri - Member

7- Honourable/ Abdul Aziz Bin Mohammed Al-Kharusi - Representative of the Ministry of Finance

The Civil Officer/ Musbeh Bin Seif Bin Musbeh Al-Muteiri, the acting manager of the Fund, shall be appointed as a member and a rapporteur at the Board.
