Oman Decision No. 8/2020 On the Issuance of the Arbitration Rules of Oman Commercial Arbitration Centre

Based on Oman Sultani Decree No. 26/2018 on the Establishment of Oman Commercial Arbitration Centre,

The Functioning System of Oman Commercial Arbitration Centre issued by Oman Decision No. 37/2019,

And the approval of the Board of Directors of Oman Commercial Arbitration Centre,

And based on the public interest requirements,

It has been decided:

Article 1

The provisions of the Arbitration Rules of Oman Commercial Arbitration Centre enclosed herewith shall be put into effect.

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into effect as from the next day following the date of its publication.
