Oman Decision No. 83/2019 On the Issuance of the Regulation of Tenders for the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority

Based on the Regulation of the Telecommunications Regulatory Act issued by Oman Sultani Decree No. 30/2002;

Implementing Regulation of the Telecommunications Regulatory Act issued by Oman Decision No. 144/2008;

Approval of the Board of Directors of the Telecommunication Regulatory Authority; and

Based on the requirements of the Public Interest;

The following has been decided:

Article 1

The provisions of the annexed Regulation of Tenders for the Telecommunication Regulatory Authority shall come into force.

The present Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force from the day following the date of its publication.
