Oman Decision No. 70/2013 On Post-Market Regulation (Anti-Competitive Behaviour) Rules

Amended by virtue of

Oman Decision No. 59/2020 dated 16/07/2020

Based on the Telecommunications Regulatory Act promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 30/2002,

Based on the Implementing Regulation of the Telecommunications Regulatory Act promulgated by Oman Decision No. 144/2008,

Based on the approval of the Board of Directors of the Authority during its Meeting No. 3/2010 held on 06/05/2012,

Based on the approval of the Minister of Transport and Communications in his Letter dated M T T/1/22/1220 dated 24/09/2012,

And based on the public interest requirements,

It was decided as follows:

Article 1

The rules of the subsequent regulation of the market (anti-competitive behaviour) hereto attached shall be applied.

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall take effect as of the day following the date of publication.
