Oman Decision No. 40/2023 On the Issuance of the Implementing Regulation of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry Regulation

After perusal of the Regulation of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 56/2022;

The Implementing Regulation of the Law of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry issued by Oman Ministerial Decision No. 40/2008; and

Based on the public interest requirements,

The following has been decided:

Article 1

The provisions of the annexed Implementing Regulation of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Regulation shall come into force.

Article 2

The Implementing Regulation of the Law of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry shall be abrogated. Any provision contrary to the attached Regulation or contradicting with its provisions shall be also abrogated.

Article 3

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and it shall come into force from the day following the date of its publication.
