Abrogating

Oman Decision No. 19/2022 dated 18/01/2022

After perusal of Oman Sultani Decree No. 107/2020 on the establishment of the SMEs Development Authority, the determination of its competencies and the approval of its Organisational Structure;

Regulation for financing the small and medium enterprises and craftsmen issued by Oman Decision No. 19/2022; and

Based on the public interest requirements,

The following has been decided:

Article 1

The annexed Regulation for financing at the SMEs Development Authority shall come into force.

Article 2

Aforementioned Oman Decision No. 19/2022 shall be abrogated, and any provisions deemed contrary to or inconsistent with the provisions of this Regulation shall be abrogated.

Article 3

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and it shall come into force as of the day following the date of its publication.
