Oman Decision No. 2/2017 On the Issuance of the Regulation of the Risks of Electrical Works and Grounding Installations Related to the Electricity Sector

Based on the Law of Regulation and Allocation of the Electricity and Water Sector, issued under the Oman Sultani Decree No. 78/2004,

And based on the public interest requirements,

It was decided:

Article 1 - 1

The provisions of the enclosed Regulation shall enter into effect concerning the prevention of the risks of electrical works and grounding installations related to the electricity sector.

Article 2 - 1

All that contradicts the enclosed Regulation and violates the provisions thereof shall be abrogated.

Article 3 - 1

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into effect on the day following the date of publication thereof.
