Oman Decision No. 21/2015 On Issuing the Registration Regulation of Projects in Duqm Economic Zone
According to Oman Sultani Decree No. 119/2011 on the establishment of the Special Economic Zone Authority at Duqm and the issuance of its regulation;
Oman Sultani Decree No. 79/2013 on the issuance of the regulation of Duqm Special Economic Zone Authority;
Oman Sultani Decree No. 44/2014 on lifting the public utility capacity of certain plans falling within the plan of Duqm Special Economic Zone Authority;
The approval of the Board of Directors of Duqm Special Economic Zone Authority on its second meeting held on 13 April 2014;
Based on the public interest requirements,
It has been decided
Article 1
The provisions of the appended regulation shall be applied when the registration of projects in Duqm Economic Zone is in order.
Article 2
The projects, whether being an individual institution, a company, a branch thereof, or a foreign institution, as well as the professional and craft activities existing in Duqm Economic Zone, shall, upon enforcement of the provisions of the appended regulation, adjust their situation according to such provisions within a year from the enforcement date.
