Anti-Money Laundering and Combating Terrorism Finance Law issued by the Oman Sultani Decree No. 30/2016;

Decision of the National Counter-Terrorism Committee (NCTC) No. 1/2022 Issuing the Regulation of Procedures of Implementation of Resolutions of the Security Council issued under Chapter VII of the UN Charter concerning the prevention and suppression of terrorism and its finance, and the prevention, suppression and disruption of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and its finance;

Decision of the National Counter-Terrorism Committee (NCTC) No. 2/2022 Forming the Targeted Financial Sanctions Committee (TFSC); and

The approval of the Targeted Financial Sanctions Committee (TFSC) at its Meeting No. 1/2023 on Inclusion of Names of Certain Individuals and Entities on the Domestic Terrorism List; and

As required by the public interest;

It is hereby decided:
