Oman Sultani Decree No. 90/2004 on the Transfer of the Competencies from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to the Capital Market Authority,

The Implementing Regulation of the Insurance Companies Law promulgated by Oman Ministerial Decision No. 5/1980,

The Implementing Regulation of the Capital Market Law promulgated by Oman Decision No. 1/2009,

The Regulation of Insurance Brokerage Activities issued by Oman Decision No. 53/2013,

Upon the approval of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Authority,

The approval of the Ministry of Finance,

And based on the public interest requirements,

It has been decided:
