Oman Decision No. 142/2023 On the Issuance of the Regulation of Unified Procurement

Pursuant on the Tender Law promulgated by Oman Sultani Decree No. 36/2008;

Oman Sultani Decree No. 84/2020 On the General Secretariat of the Tender Board;

And the Implementing Regulation of the Tender Law issued by Oman Decision No. 29/2010;

And based on the public interest requirements,

The following has been decided:

Article 1

The provisions of the attached Regulation shall apply regarding the regulation of unified procurement.

Any provision that contradicts the attached Regulation or that conflicts with its provisions shall be abrogated.

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and it shall come into force from the day following the date of its publication.
