Title 1 - The Parliament, Management and Functioning Thereof
Chapter 1 - Parliament Bureau Committee
Article 1
The Parliament’s Bureau Committee shall consist of the Speaker, a Deputy Speaker, two Secretaries and three Delegates.
Article 2
The Parliament shall convene at the invitation of the its oldest member and under his chairmanship in order to elect the Parliament’s Bureau Committee during the first session held after re-election thereof, within a period of maximum 15 days as of the start of its mandate.
The two youngest members of the attending members shall assume the functions of the Secretariat.
Should it be not possible for the oldest member to be present, the session shall be chaired by the oldest member among those attending.
